How dry is your Oil?

Hydraulic systems can be disrupted by water if it has organisms, which can increase the oxidation rate of the lubricant. In such a case the bearings can have up to a 75% reduction in service life because of moisture in oil. The water screening test is very important in oil analysis service, and the moisture sensor is perfect for this job.

The sensor goes beyond normal water screening tests to tell you exactly how dry your oil is, because it measures the Relative Humidity (% RH) and Temperature values, using a combination of proven thin film capacitance sensors, combined with smart algorithms. Thus ensuring that the oil is always under the saturation point.
