QSI I/O Communication Board

The QSI I/O Communication Board from Flomec Is a multi-functional economical unit designed to improve product functionality. Moreover, it offers fully featured communication protocols and process output signals for all Flomec meters, as well as other flowmeters.

This an extremely user-friendly communication board as the programming is simple and can be done by using the Flomec App via Bluetooth® wireless interface technology.

Easy Programming and In-Field Updates

The QSI Board has multiple features that benefits you including:

  • Built-in Bluetooth® wireless technology

  • Standard process outputs: Pulse out and 4-20mA

 

The QSI Board has the following process variables:

  • Calculates flow and totals from pick-up coil or digital input pulses
  • Measures temperature from PT100 RTDs
  • BTU (heat) meter calculates energy from flow and temperature inputs

Compatibility and Adapter Kit Options

Both the housing and the QSI Board can be retrofitted in the field. Moreover, adapters and remote wall mount options makes the board compatible with the flowmeters from:

Furthermore, the QSI Board and Housing are compatible with several non-FLOMEC products. Any flow meter that has a pick-up coil or a digital pulse operating from 0 to 1000 pulses per second can be connected.
