 Control and Display Panel on Flow-captor 412x.1x

The Control and Display Panel of these flow meters offers an intuitive interface for users. It features:

  • An LED-chain for displaying the flow range, providing a visual representation of the current flow measurements.
  • A flashing LED to indicate the adjusted set-point, ensuring clarity in your configuration.
  • Potentiometers for easy adjustment of measuring range from 0.2 to 3 m/s
  • An LED that conveys the output status, ensuring real-time information about the device's operational state.

This user-friendly control and display panel simplifies the monitoring and adjustment of flow parameters, making it a valuable tool for various applications.

Sensor Head Features

The sensor head is a single piece made of electropolished stainless steel, ensuring no sensor element intrudes into the medium - Available in 5 different lengths.

Easy installation can be achieved using a T-piece or welded fitting. For aggressive media, alternative materials can be provided upon request.

Housing Details

The housing is constructed from glass fiber reinforced PBTP (Ultradur®). The electronics inside are completely encapsulated in epoxy resin for added durability.

  • Standard ½" BSP thread
  • Extended sensor probes with ½" BSP thread
  • NPT thread available as an option
  • Smaller pipe compatibility with ¼" BSP thread
  • Cooling version (flow-captor 412x.1x S101), suitable for medium temperatures up to 130 °C.

Applicable for Two Different Media

The flow-captor type 412x.1x is applicable for two different media:

  • 4120.1x is applicable for water-based media
  • 4121.1x is applicable for oil-based media.
