Precision in Compact Stainless Steel

The Flow Captor model 412x.1xM is a compact flow switch with an analog display, all encased in a robust stainless steel housing.

It features a durable stainless steel build, ensuring high switching accuracy even at lower flow rates, along with separate adjustments for set points and measurement ranges.

This electronic sensor utilizes calorimetry for precise monitoring of liquid media.

Media and options

The flow-captor type 412x.1xM is applicable for two different media:

4120.1xM is applicable for water-based media
4121.1xM is applicable for oil-based media.

It has a variety of choices includes sensor head sizes and lengths, various materials, BSP and NPT options, and a cooling version capable of handling temperatures up to 130°C (4120.1xMK).

Control and Display Panel

The control and display panel includes an LED chain for displaying the flow range, a flashing LED to show the adjusted set point, potentiometers for flow set point and measuring range adjustment, and an LED for output status. It's user-friendly and allows for precise control.

Sensor Heads

The Flow-Captor 412x.1xM offers versatile sensor head options, including standard ½" BSP threads, extended sensor probes, and NPT threads for aggressive media. The sensor head is constructed of electropolished stainless steel, ensuring easy installation without sensor elements intruding into the medium.

Available in 4 different lengths, ranging from 30 to 90 mm.
