The flow-captor 413x.1x from Weber Sensors is a flow switch for water and oil based media, with fixed, not changeable measuring range. Its ideally suited for use in automation processes or other industrial applications
where liquid media must be monitored.

 Flow-captor 413x.1x is based on 412x.1x

This flow switch is based on the Flow-captor 4121.1x. The different is that this type comes with a fixed, and not changeable measuring range. 

Set-point and fixed range of:

  • 0.4 m/s
  • 1.0 m/s
  • 2.0 m/s

Sensor Head Features

The sensor head is a single piece made of electropolished stainless steel, ensuring no sensor element intrudes into the medium - Available in 5 different lengths.

Easy installation can be achieved using a T-piece or welded fitting. For aggressive media, alternative materials can be provided upon request.

Housing Details

The housing is constructed from glass fiber reinforced PBTP (Ultradur®). The electronics inside are completely encapsulated in epoxy resin for added durability.

Sensor Head Captor 4130.1X

The Flow-captor 413x.1x provides flexibility through different sensor head choices

  • Regular ½" BSP thread
  • Extended sensor probes with ½" BSP thread
  • NPT thread can be selected if needed
  • For smaller pipes, there's a ¼" BSP thread option
  • A cooling variant (flow-captor 413x.1x S101) for medium temperatures up to 130 °C.

Applicable for Two Different Media

The flow-captor type 413x.1x is applicable for two different media:

  • 4130.1x is applicable for water-based media
  • 4131.1x is applicable for oil-based media
