Turbine Flow Measurement with Integrated Sensors

The turbine wheel is driven by the oil flow, generating frequency signals processed by digital electronics. Turbulent flow effects are compensated, ensuring precise results. With its low flow resistance, the QR design minimizes losses in the hydraulic circuit. An EMA-3 quick connector enables pressure measurement, while oil temperature can be measured directly in the turbine flow meter - providing all key parameters at a single measuring point.

  • Low pressure loss - Built-in flow stabilizer minimizes turbulence and maintains low ΔP (1.5–5 bar max)

SCFT-CAN sensor

The SCFT-CAN is a compact turbine flow sensor for measuring hydraulic oil flow in test stands, machine tools, and other systems. It enables precise performance testing of pumps, motors, valves, and hydrostatic drives, with data transmitted via CANopen. Designed for use with the Parker Service Master Plus, it includes an LED for status indication.
