DeltaflowC measures mass flow and compensates for changes in (static) pressure and temperature. Compared to other technologies such as thermal mass flow meters, deltaflowC is highly resistant to long-term operational issues like fouling and dust accumulation on the sensor surface. Its intelligent zero-drift compensation algorithms make deltaflowC a maintenance-free flow meter. It can be used across a wide range of flow rates, temperatures, and pressures.

The deltaflowC gas flow meter delivers a complete, all-in-one solution by measuring gas mass flow and volume while simultaneously monitoring process pressure and temperature.
Specifically designed for controlling and monitoring ventilation systems and various gas applications in pipes and ducts, deltaflowC is an ideal choice for differential pressure flow metering. It’s perfectly suited for use as both a compressed air meter and a gas mass flow meter.
The two units work perfectly together: while deltaflowC collects all relevant data, the deltaflowC F012 display uses the data from the 4...20 mA or 0...10 V interface to show not only the current flow but also the totalized flow (totalizer).
At the same time, deltaflowC supplies the display with the required operating voltage - a symbiosis that enables an affordable, professional solution!
In addition to the standard version, a compact venturi version of the deltaflowC is available for pipe diameters from ¾" to 2". This version features simple threads for easy installation, which is particularly advantageous for small pipes.
The venturi version can cover a wide range of flow velocities by selecting different diameters.
