RT14 Flow Rate Totalizer

The RT14 Flow Rate Totalizer from Flomec is a LCD display, which is a completely programmable and self-powered flow rate totalizer. It is specifically designed for computing and displaying, as well as flow rates and totals from flowmeters with pulse, sine wave or frequency outputs.

The flowmeter inputs are suitable to use with most pulse/frequency output meters such as:

Reed switch
Coil
Voltage pulse (Wiegand)
NPN
PNP.

You can program the display according to exactly your needs and preferences as the instrument displays have resettable (batch) total, accumulated total and instantaneous flow rates in engineering units.

The simple PIN protected flowchart programming with English prompts guide you through the programming routine, which significantly reduce the need to refer to the instruction manual.

Easy Transmission and Protection

An unscaled pulse output provides an input signal amplifier well suited for coil type inputs from turbine or paddle wheel meters. The output can be transmitted over and can be configured for NPN/PNP with wiring connection.

Scaled and unscaled pulse outputs make it possible to transmit accumulated flow data to remote control systems.

Flow alarms are available to safeguard flow systems from flow rates that are ‘high’, ‘low’, or both, and an analogue 4-20mA signal provides flow rate monitoring and control by precisely transmitting flow rate readings from the flowmeter to your PLC or PID control system.
