The XMP i from BD Sensors is an analog pressure transmitter specifically designed for the process industry. This is a stainless-steel sensor, which measures vacuum and gauge, as well as absolute pressure ranges of the following up to 600 bar;

  • Fluids
  • Dust.

Standard XMP i Features

The XMP i is a precise pressure transmitter that has the following features that benefits you:

  • Nominal pressure: 0 ... 400 mbar up to 0 ... 600 bar
  • Accuracy: 0,1 % FSO
  • Turn-down 1:10
  • Two chamber aluminum die cast case or stainless field housing
  • Internal or flush welded diaphragm.

Furthermore, the transmitter, by default, is equipped with HART®-communication as a standard. However, the customer can, as mentioned above, select a two-chamber aluminum die cast case or a stainless field housing.

  • SIL2 -version according to IEC 61508 / IEC 61511
  • Integrated display and operating module
  • Special materials as Hastelloy® and Tantalum.

Moreover, different process connections such as threads and flanges with an internal or flush welded diaphragm are available and can be combined with a cooling element for media temperatures up to 300°C.
