Modular, serviceable sensor trays
Sensor trays are pre-calibrated and designed to be swapped in the field without manufacturer intervention. A new tray is inserted, the detector recognises it automatically, and the unit is back in service immediately - no specialist tools, no service return required.

Extended battery life
Up to 31 days at 8-hour shifts for toxic and O₂ sensors. IR and pellistor sensor variants provide shorter runtimes depending on sensor load. Recharge from 0–80% in 2 hours, 0–100% in under 3 hours.

IQhub integration
Dock-and-go functionality with the Crowcon IQhub docking station. Automated bump testing in under 10 seconds and calibration in under 30 seconds - with compliance reporting generated automatically.

Crowcon Connect
Cloud-hosted platform for real-time safety monitoring and asset management - covering live alarms, compliance dashboards, location tracking, device configuration, and reporting. Accessed via Bluetooth® or NFC.

Upgradeable to dual gas
The UnoIQ can be upgraded to dual gas detection, providing a path to expanded coverage without replacing the unit.

Zone 0 Rated - What the ATEX Category 1 Classification Covers

The UnoIQ carries ATEX Ex II 1G Ex ia IIC T4 Ga certification - Category 1, rated for Zone 0. This is the highest ATEX classification for gas detection equipment and means the UnoIQ can be used in Zone 0, Zone 1, and Zone 2 classified areas. Zone 0 designates spaces where an explosive atmosphere is present continuously, for long periods, or frequently - including the interior of storage tanks, cargo tanks, and similar enclosed spaces on vessels and offshore installations.

For ship operators and safety managers specifying personal gas detection for confined space entry into cargo tanks and similar Zone 0 spaces, a Category 1 / Zone 0 rated detector is the correct specification. The UnoIQ's Zone 0 rating combined with its wide gas coverage - including H₂S, CO, NH₃, O₂, CH₄, and Cl₂ - makes it a practical choice for the most demanding confined space entry applications in marine and offshore environments.
