VariSpray is a desuperheater with fixed-area nozzles and is used for injecting water droplets into steam via a venturi-shaped section. Along with a combination with a pattern of nozzles, this ensures an excellent and rapid atomization of the injected water.

Particularly suitable for low speed vapors so that steam can be thoroughly treated and with a minimum temperature difference of 6 ° C over saturation.
They are primarily intended for low-capacity processes with moderate load changes and where accurate temperature control is important.
Primary applications:
Water connection at the top. It is recommended to install a filter (strainer) before the water connection.
