Consolidated - Safety valve 1900

The Consolidated Series 1900 safety valve has a robust design that delivers longer life and lower maintenance costs


Flexible design and easily replaceable parts make it easy to change to other versions


The bellows design is a cost effective solution and compensates for the effects of varying back pressure


The softening version makes the valve free of leaks up to 95% of the set pressure above 100 psig (6.89 barg). For extra security that mounted a metal seat as back-up, this minimizes product loss

Possibility of open top for high-temperature applications


The safety valves comply with the latest version of API standard 526


1900 - Standard version comes with trim in stainless steel and housing, top and hood in steel. The flat seat washer makes it easy to maintain and rework. The cavity at the top is minimized and therefore ensure a solid construction and corrosion protection in the flow pattern as well as the seat


The 1900-30 safety valve is the standard version, but with relieving bellows, which compensate for the after-effects of back pressure. This can also be retrofitted in an already supplied safety valve


1900-35 safety valve with relief belts and an extra safety piston. The bellows seals the housing and ensures that the medium does not come into the cylinder head and the working parts. The associated security stamp acts as a backup if the bellows fails
