The DIGI+ Cell offers a modernized yet intuitive interface with smart features designed to enhance usability. It functions as a standalone device for single measurements and can be used offline until advanced features are activated.
With Windows and Mac compatibility, DIGI+ allows for easy configuration and data organization using Sample Point Identification (SPID). This system ensures structured measurements, prevents data loss, and enables quick data retrieval. Results are stored on the device and can be effortlessly transferred to a PC, making oil condition monitoring more efficient than ever.

Improve your cost of operation
By testing your lubricant oil frequently, you can monitor and get rapid diagnostic insights of the quality of the oil and ensure that key properties are always optimal for the intended use.
Maintaining the BN based on measurements, can benefit your cost of operation by saving money on top-ups compared to the alternative, where topping up is done ‘blindly’ based only on a recommended schedule.
Furthermore, detection of a presence or increase of water in your lubricant oil could indicate that the lube oil piping needs some attention in one way or another.
Designed for maritime use
The DIGI+ Cell is built in a rugged and marine environment friendly design. The Cell is straight forward and very easy to use.
The battery will last for 50 tests (5 hours) and have min. 500 charge cycles, which is enough to cover the entire expected lifetime of the cell.
Compatible with mineral and synthetic fluids suitable for FKM (Viton™) elastomer seals, including lubricant oils, hydraulic oils, distillate fuels, and bio-based fuels.

Maintenance Tips for Using DIGI Cell Plus
The DIGI+ Cell, equipped with a color display, is designed to guide users through important test steps, including cell cleaning. After each oil calibration and test, cleaning is necessary. Follow these steps to ensure safety:
- Dispose of the contents with care.
- Thoroughly clean the DIGI+ body upper part and the sample cup (including the agitator for H2O testing). Make sure no reagent residue remains on the O-ring and threaded surfaces.
- Use a lint-free cloth to clean the exterior and keypad. If needed, use a mild solvent like isopropyl alcohol. Avoid using water, water-based cleaning products, or other solvents, as they may cause damage.
This cell is designed for lifetime use without calibration or servicing, with an expected lifespan of 25,000 tests or 5 years, whichever comes first.
