The EAPF iprotect® is engineered to meet the stringent demands of the Marine, Oil & Gas, and process equipment markets, with a range that covers up to 120 l/min at 690 bar working pressure. The filter element design is patented and innovative, providing a high level of embedded safety. This product has resulted in a service-friendly product that avoids the use of pirate-type spare parts with unknown quality of filtration.

The iprotect® product is environmentally friendly, with a re-usable element core that can be combined with a bypass valve, reducing environmental impact by over 50%. The EAPF applies twin seal technology, ensuring that seawater and contamination cannot ingress the threaded connection between the filter head and bowl. The bowl also features a special hole pattern for decompression of the threaded area, ensuring maximum sealing performance of the main seal.

This modular EAPF range provides effective integration of high-pressure filter solutions in hydraulic systems, with the flexibility of various connection types (NPT, BSP, Autoclave) and optional versions with integrated check valves to handle system back flushing. The bypass valve technology

The Parker EAPF iprotect® offers bypass settings up to 7 bar or complete blockage, made possible by its patented and durable filter elements. The system operates by measuring the differential pressure across the filter element, ensuring that only a portion of the main flow passes through the bypass valve during bypass mode.

Microglass III (QI)

Supported with epoxy coated metal wire mesh, end cap material reinforced composite and reusable metal inner core. Collapse pressure 25 bar (ISO 2941).

Flow fatigue characteristics (QIR)

Filter media is supported so that the optimal fatigue life is achieved (ISO 3724)

High collapse elements (QIH)

To be used when bypass blocked option is selected
