Spot Welding the TorqueTrack SPM iON

The installation of the TorqueTrack SPM iON takes our service Team under 6 hours, because of the fast and accurate welding process done with precision and special equipment.

The installation follows the 8 steps described below:

  1. Locate an area with at lest 250 mm of free horizontal space on the shaft.

  2. Identify the strain gage installation location to the shaft 

  3. Spot Weld the strain gage with special welding machine ((See picture below)
